MeetMate is a browser extension that suggests AI-generated reply copy during your video meetings. Suggestions are generated by a third-party language model and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your context. Treat them as a starting point, not a finished answer.

MeetMate is provided to assist your participation in meetings you are already part of. You are responsible for complying with the policies of your organization, the expectations of the people you are meeting with, and the laws of your jurisdiction around recording, transcription, and AI assistance during conversations.

• Don't use MeetMate in meetings where recording, AI assistance, or transcript capture is prohibited by your employer, a counterparty, or local law.
• Don't attempt to bypass the daily quota or the subscription check.
• Don't use MeetMate to harass, impersonate, or produce content that violates the Chrome Web Store developer policies.

Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed via ExtensionPay. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests handled case-by-case — email nguyentienm@gmail.com.

MeetMate relies on the following third-party services to function. Your use of MeetMate is also subject to their terms:

• NexAI — generates the reply suggestions and meeting summaries.
• Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud) — handles Google sign-in.
• ExtensionPay — processes Pro subscriptions.

MeetMate is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The product is in active development; behaviour may change between releases. We can't guarantee continuous availability of the AI backend.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
